Terrible Service - HYUNDAI MENLYN

I am highly irritated and disgusted with service at Hyundai MENLYN! The switchboard operator/receptionist that answered my call the first time I called sounded very unfriendly and rude. I was not assisted when I phoned about booking a service and phoned them 3 more times after that. I left my details on 2 occassions and noone has called me since the 22nd of July. HYUNDAI MENYLYN you clearly do not value your customers! To not even bother to return a customers call is simply unacceptable! It is not excuse that all your agents are busy, then hire more staff or improve your systems! I mean really, a company as big as yourselves! I fear what kind of service I will be subjected to if I go there physically so I will not ever think of going there. Thank goodness you are not the only Hyundai I can go to. HYUNDAI MENLYN you need to learn some lessons about customer care and common courtesy from HYUNDAI CENTURION. HYNDAI CENTURION is simply amazing!
