MB SA appears to ignore any suggestions, complaints (heaven forbid) and feedback from MB owners. I really believe that as MB SA assembles the C model for export to right hand drive countries, local owners are not really of importance, probably nuisance value! All the complainants on this website surely are not making things up. MB is living on past reputation only and they have appeared to have forgotten that time has moved on and so has the competition. I think it is heads in the cloud stuff and their attitude is for every unhappy MB owner there are 50 happy ones so why care. If only the CEO whoever he is would read Hellopeter, he wouldn't sleep easy.
I have emailed Daimler in Germany suggesting that they read this website. I can't wait to see if they arre more interested in complaints than the local outfit!
