On 2013.05.21 asked for major service quotation (120 000km) including possible disc skim and pad replacement. On Tue 16 July vehicle delivered around 07:35 for the major service with quotation, quotation not required. Mentioned that I was to do major trip to Nam & Bot so please give vehicle thorough check. I returned to Toyota Kempton Park around 12:35 to check on service progress. Vehicle still waiting for service. Stayed for lunch and vehicle taken in for service around 13:10. Ordered some spares for my trip. Was advised late afternoon that vehicle was ready. Collected vehicle late afternoon 16:35. Check vehicle on arrival at home. There was spilt oil in the engine compartment, not cleaned. The tyres were cleaned but the vehicle did not appeared to have been washed, mats removed but not moist. Book Of Life not updated with service details. Checked invoice and found that transfer case & manual transmission oil not changed. It was on the quote. Discussed with Jacques (serv mgr) on Wed 17, apologised for the error, could I please bring in the vehicle on Fri 19. I also requested that the spilt oil be cleaned in the engine. Oil replaced FOC, engine cleaned, but oily, a bad experience.
