Vehicle bought from Cartique
All lights on instrumental cluster did not work including 4x4 warning lights
Lights repaired by Cartique (or their agent)
Since then vehicle have a on transfer case - not picked up previously possibly because disconnection thereof - receive quote from Autobahn BMW, Cartique don't accept quote
Vehicle return several times to Cartique to resolve over 5 x weeks
Vehicle returned for 3 x days to Autospec who done job on behalf of Cartique
Problem still not resolved - Autospec quote to repair transfer case
Myself take vehicle to ZF Services to quote to repair transfer case
Request Cartique to approve repair
Cartique try to claim via warranty bought afterwards without sucsess
No further co-operation from Cartique
Myself instruct ZF Services to repair and take photos from damages
ZF Services give report on breakages including bracket and repair vehicle
Myself pay ZF services and try without success to recover costs from Cartique
