Dhl and customs charged a penalty as the comercial invoice, they stated, was incorrect, the invoice stated the value of the goods at $80, the price paid for the goods, $25 Shipping, DHL asked for R1500 to be paid as a penalty as the commercial invoice showed "incorrect lower value", this was not the case, DHL agents on the phone did not assist, DHL have still done nothing 4 months later.
