COMPLAINT AGAINST LYNDHURST AUTO

I OWN A 2010 BMW 330 WHICH IS STILL IN MOTORPLAN.I HAVE USED LYNDHURST AUTO FOR ALL MY VEHICLE'S SERVICING AND REPAIRS, EVERY TIME THIS VEHICLE HAS GONE IN FOR A SERVICE I HAVE MENTIONED TO LYNDHURST AUTO THAT THIS VEHICLE VIBRATES WHEN YOU START IT IN THE MORNING.FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND NO ACTION HAS TAKEN PLACE.I RECENTLY BOOKED MY VEHICLE FOR A SERVICE /- A MONTH AGO AND STATED THE OBVIOUS AND STILL MY CAR CAME BACK AND THE PROBLEM HAD PERSISTED.EVENTUALLY TWO WEEKS FROM TODAYS DATE I HAD BOOKED THE VEHICLE FOR THIS ISSUE ALONE AND BEHOLD SOME ONE HAS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND NOW I SIT WITH NO VEHICLE AND NO VEHICLE ASSISTANCE FROM LYNDHURST AUTO.THEY HAVE NOTIFIED ME, THAT MOTORPLAN WILL NOT ASSIST ME WITH A COURTESY CAR BECAUSE MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, EVEN THOUGH LYNDHURST AUTO WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT MY ISSUE WHEN MY CAR WAS IN IT'S WARRANTY PERIOD AND STILL NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AT THE TIME. CURRENTLY, I NOW, AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN COURTESY CAR BECAUSE LYNDHURST AUTO HAD NOT SORTED THE PROBLEM OUT FROM WORD GO.MAKES YOU THINK DOES'NT IT!
