My vehicle went in for the steering rack replacement and now there are a shudder on my car that weren't their when I hand my car over to them and they said they don't feel the shudder on the car. The wheel alignment were out. according to the wheel alignment place they send the car back and said they must adjust the steering wheel and send it back and they didn't. Up to now I did not hear anything from they for the rust on my vehicle, it about now three week ago. If you don't phone they don't phone you.
What must I do now to get feedback from Chery?
