Bad service after a good service

As per my previous compliment about the service i got from McCarthy Toyota in Midrand it turned to be a bad service.By the time i collected my car i was promised that I will be getting the spare keys and the service book as well as a new number plate for the car after a week, delivered by the driver to my work place. As was confident due to the service I got during the process I didn't have a problem. Then a week became a month as i still haven't got the Spare keys and service book for the car, Was also contacted by George to come and pick up the papers for the car (disc) and the number plate, while was advised that the driver will deliver them, waal i went to collect them. I was shocked when George advised me that my husband has to put the number plate onto the car as their stores was closed (wondered how as himself couldn't do so).. He was also changed from the lovely state i knew him on as he was even saying, didn't i give u the keys - which was even rude to me as how can i claim what I got. He promised that the driver will deliver the keys that Monday which I'm still waiting, called his Manager who advised will look onto it and advise me, till today. 1 month having 1 key
