Looks like once the paperwork is signed at Renault all customer service goes out the window. My Renault Stepway's wind noise problems were not sorted out by Renault and their response was, "take your problem to the Ombudsman". Word of advise to all potential Renault customers - stay far away from this sub standard rubbish
