I was relocating to CT and trusted This company to do my furniture removal. Furniture picked up timeously. Furniture did not arrive on the expected date and could not get in contact with anyone to find out about the delay. Had to find accommodation for my family and two dogs while trying to trace my furniture. Eventually got a hold of Hein, no explanation about delay given, referred to another company, Classic Removals, which I never dealt with at any stage before nor signed any agreement with. Finally traced my furniture that was delivered with most being damaged by water. The beds were soaked through and the boxes had all opened as they were soaked with water. Classic removals Manager, Ajay, gave a pathetic explanation that they hadnt known that the truck was leaking. Hein was rude and refused to discuss anything further. My goods were insured but never heard anything from either company after my grievance was placed. It was the worst customer service i had ever received and I am just disgusted by the unprofessionalism.
