My Unisa study material was delivered on Wednesday the 16th of January to an unknown address.
I have been trying to find a contact name and number for the person who accepted my parcel but to no avail.
That particular day and time my mother was at home and there was absolutely no courier to make any delivery.
I have been phoning Skynet since 8 this morning and have been put on hold for minutes on end for most of the time until I disconnected. Or I was put through to the customer satisfaction rating.
I am very distressed and anxious about my study material being lost with no one to be held responsible. There is no way of phoning Unisa and requesting them to send my study material again.
(When I registered I chose the po box option for delivery of the study material and NOT the courier. I will lodge a complaint about that as well)
