I have an issue with an exhaust that has fallen off twice on a Jonway bike. The second only 81km after it was installed. The main problem is that when I spoke to two employees at Jonway they were down right rude to me. The one person tried to help but the other simply put the phone down in my ear. I am now waiting for their complaints dept to call me. The one person I spoke to called back the dealer while I was still there and started shouting at him for given his name and number to me after I insisted on speaking to Jonway. Jonway employees were totally unprofessional. I am awaiting to see if the problem with the bike will be resolved and a NEW exhaust fitted, because currently it has just been welded which is not acceptable. The dealer also told me this same problem has happened with another bike, suggesting it might be an inherent problem.
Luckily no one was hurt, but someone could have been seriously injured or even killed.
