We recently moved from JHB to Somerset West and chose FARGO as their quote was very reasonable and Natasha had been friendly and helpful.
On the day of collection (Thurs. 09 Jan 2013) the truck was there first thing (07h00!), as I'd requested and the team got to work immediately. They even respected my request to remove shoes on the just-cleaned carpets and laid blankets to assist with this.
Our move was very last-minute, but the team accommodated my running around madly to finish up for them.
We weren't sure if our rental was available yet, but Natasha said we could inform her of the change from storage to drop-off while the truck was en-route, if we found out.
Our goods are in storage at present and turned out more volume than the inventory I provided, however FARGO chose NOT to charge me additionally. Natasha also warned me when additional storage charges would start applying, which is useful in organising our re-delivery.
Natasha and Themba (the team supervisor) maintained contact with us and both were helpful and friendly.
I have already recommended FARGO and will use them again!
