My vehicle went to Dent Doctor West Rand towards the end of 2012 for repairs. Doors were redone and the beadings were removed and initially I thought replaced with new ones. Shortly after receiving the vehicle back, the beadings started coming loose. Early in 2013 I found the time to arrange for a refit of the beadings. Less than a month later the beadings came loose again and one was lost as it happenedwhilst I was driving. On 08/04/2013 Gerrie from Dent Doctor confirmed that he would order a replacement beading and would advise when I could come back for fitment. Since then I have sent numerous emails enquiring about the progress of the beadings and received only silence as a response, apart from the read receipts indicating they saw my emails. This week I finally emailed an ultimatum. A response before Thur 04/07/2013 or I would contact my Insurer and if that fails the Ombudsman. Still no reply! Phoned this AM and Gerrie informed me he is they are apparently waiting for orig beadings to arrive. No reason for not phoning. Promised to phone back this morning with update - 13:13 STILL NOTHING.
I will never use them again. All I want is the beadings fitted!!!
