Corner Rietspriut Road and Samrand Ave - turn right lane
What happened:
There are 2 lanes to turn right into Samrand Ave from Rietspriut Road. I was in the left one for a couple of minutes due to traffic. The Time Freight delivery truck license NP146-322 was in the go straight lane to the left of me. The truck proceeded to turn right when possible and cut me off. I have a brand new car and of course backed off and the driver didn't bother saying sorry or anything after my hooting. When we both took the N1 north on-ramp, it has 2 lanes which merge so I tried to overtake with much shock that the delivery truck tried to push me off the road. Luckily my car isn't slow, so I dropped gear and got past him. Is this the type of training you give your drivers or is your recruitment process that bad that you can have drivers which are willing to risk peoples lives to deliver goods?
