Parts taking forever to be handed to Panel Beaters

I bought a JEEP COMPASS on the 27th of March 2013 and I actually regret it!!! I was unfortunately involved in a car accident on the 27th of May- when my car was only 2 months old. The insurance was so quick.By the 4th of June they had approved for the car to be fixed. On the 6th Sanrose Panel Beaters submitted the order to the Grand Central Jeep Parts department. Toay ifs the 4th of July (almost a month later) and the parts still have not arrived at the Panel Beaters. Jeep is referring me to Chysler because they order from them. Chrysler is referring me back to Jeep because they apparently only ordered the parts last week!

I wish I never bought this car honestly because it means whenever I have a technical problem with it, I will have to wait 100 years for it to be fixed. A car is no longer a luxury, it's a need and I NEED IT BACK NOW!!!
