False advertising

I bought a new VW Polo vivo 1.6 Trendline a week later they broke into my vehicle. No alarm went off, when I went to VW they told me that the polo's alarm will only trigger if the open a door, boot or bonnet. I bought the VW because on the internet they advertised the vehicle with an alarm they never said the VW polo vivo has an alarm with conditions no person said that to me before I bought the vehicle I logged a complaint on [URL Removed] and I didn't get a response from vw about the vehicle and my goods
