Passing the blame and useless service

Please note that I am very disappointed with Bosch service centres and will never use another Bosch service centre or advise Bosch to anyone. I've Had My vehicle returned to them 5 times for their incompetent work and their affiliation with CBS- CLUTCH BRAKE SPECIALISTS. In Dec 2012 I paid Bosch services R8500 to Fit a brand new clutch and Recon the Master and Slave Cylinders My vehicle has since been returned 5 Times because of INCOMPETENT WORK - CBS DID NOT RECON THE MASTER AND SLAVE FULLY CONTRARY TO WHAT I PAID FOR. FIRST FAULT WAS THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE PISTON SECOND FAULT WAS THEY USED THE WRONG SEALS THIRD FAULT WAS A GEDORE SPANNER WAS LEFT IN MY ENGINE BAY WHICH I STILL HAVE IN MY POSESSION. EVERYTIME ADJUSTING AND BLAMING EVERYTHING ELSE. I COLLECTED MY VEHICLE YESTERDAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY WARRANTY IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE BOSCH CLAIMS THAT THE BOLTS ON THE GEARBOX HAS BEEN FIDDLED WITH AS THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES TO WORK ON THAT CAR'S GEARBOX. I would really like for this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency as I'm getting sick of dealing with this. If needs be I will take this up with RMI and also SABS as my warranty was voided without any proof.
