I Bought a Mazda 5 from Cargo motors Polokwane (Mercurius Motors) in February of this year. On enquire of the vehicle licence I was told that the old licence had not yet expired and as soon as it has expired I will be given my new licence disk. This I excepted and went on with my day to day, in the beginning of May I phoned the dealership and reminded them the licence will be expiring at the end of the month they assured me that it will be sorted out before then.
In the first week of June I spoke to Mr Pelser and was informed that there were outstanding fines on my name but on enquire at the traffic dep and locacl municipality was found that only the Mazda showed as outstanding.
Since then he as been trying to avoid my calls and has had all sorts of excuses as to why he cannot take out the new Licence disc or has said he is busy or some other excuse.
