I paid Classic Removals to transport my furniture from Cape Town to PE. When my furniture arrived, the truck had been leaking and rain water had damaged my boxes, books, and wet my mattress and couches. I immediately contacted them and the owner with pictures of damaged and asked if they could just send a cleaning company with a fan to dry my couches as they were so wet and the wood inside was wet. They blatantly ignored my emails and didn't get back to me. I trusted them to deliver my items safely... i didn't pay 'all-risk ' insurance as they are said to be a 'well known ' and 'reliable' company. I would even have appreciated a call from them saying, 'you didn't take our insurance, we can't help you' but they didn't even call me or return my calls. Their service is terrible and they don't care about your furniture... you should take a look inside their truck/trailer and see how they pack your items... Don't use this company!!! They don't care about your items!
