Suzuki Motorcycles
Worst service and poor workmanship

I had my bike repaired here on July last year, due to accident at the end of June. I had to wait until October before I received my bike after months of fighting to get it back and the countless issues. The originally quoted my insurance company R27000 for repairs which was later dropped to R20000 after accessors inspected it. In this time I was interested in buying a bike from them, upon looking at the bikes I explained that mine was in service and I may be looking at buying from them after it was repaired to which the salesman replied that when I'm ready I can then look, as I am wasting his time... Since I received my bike I have had countless issues with it, it was returned to me with a bent sprocket which damaged my chain, a guncked up cam chain tightener and they never jetted my carbs with the new exhaust fitment. The body work they had done on the fairing broke within 2 months I have since taken it in 3 times to be repaired and now I find out that when they put the spark plugs in they stripped the thread. The mechanic is extremely rude and when I bought brake pads from them, they sold me the wrong brake pads after stating they are correct.
