I required a new break disc and pad for my vehicle so I approached Speedy Midrand to help me in this regard. When the service mechanic tried to fit my new break parts he discovered that I had bought the incorrect break disc size for my vehicle. Without hesitation, the owner of Speedy Midrand offered to drive me back to the retailer where I had bought the breaks (since my vehicle breaks had been removed so I couldn't drive myself there). I then swapped out the breaks for the correct size and we drove back to Speedy. Within minutes the mechanic had fitted everything and was extremely courteous and professional. To sum it all up, Shaam (manager) threw in a small discount on my behalf! Speedy Midrand has raised the bar in terms of service standards, and everyone else in the industry needs to some notes from them! Thanks team Speedy Midrand, you're the best!
