We have a business in booysens reserve and have been supporting supa quick ormonde for years.we buy our vehicles tyres from them aswell as mags.we bought a set of 18inch mags from them and had a set of tyres from one of our other vehicles which were brand new runflats and we told them to take those of the rims and fit onto the rims we purchased from them.they did but the tyres were touching the sales guy said we must come the next day he will order new tyres which we did the next day he ordered the tyres and we fitted them as they knew us well and the business we give them we trusted our tyres were safe there we requested that a driver drop our tyres and rims at our factory which they agreed upon only to find out after a while when we decided to sell the vehicle that our run flat tyres were not put on the rims and returned to us.we have contacted them everyday for the past two to three weeks and are given the run around and although the guy that initially did the deal works at another branch and acknowledges the fact that he did take the tyres .not good business practice knowing clients for so long and giving them the run abouts when the staff should be disciplined and replace ty
