Very Bad Customer Service

My Tata vehicle was in an accident on 25 March 2013, it is 3 months later and i am still waiting for my vehicle because of very bad service from Tata George and Tata Johannesburg. The Vehicle is standing at Mossel Bay Pannelbeaters, whom is waiting for parts that must be sent from Tata to repair the vehicle. I am waiting more than 2 months for the back bumper of the vehicle. First they send the wrong one and know i am still waiting for them to send the correct one. And believe me this is not the only part that was send to Mossel Bay Pannelbeaters that was not the correct one. I phone sevarial times to Johannesburg Tata then they tell me they will phone back and believe me not one of the persons phone me back. I received an e-mail from Jannie Kruger from George Tata that i will receive the bumper on 2013-06-25 and when i went to George today they still could not tell me where my bumper is. They told me Jannie was in a meeting and went to call him, he doesnot have the decincy to come out to talk to me.
I just want to warn the people never to buy an Tata because they cannot supply the parts and the service is very, very poor.
I dont no what to do anymore, every time new excuses.
