I have purchased quite a few things from Autostyle before. Clearly they do not care about individuals because there client base is so broad. So a few complainants is hardly worth the effort. I will never purchase anything from them again.
I bought a set of VW Mk1 headlamps and indicators. Both were damaged. Contacted Autostyle, they kindly sent me new indicators. But when I told them that the headlamps were faulty as well. They said they would replace it.
They never got as far as to send the courier to pick the damaged goods and finally replace them with fully working headlamps.
I live in Cape Town, so it quite difficult to go Jo-Burg just for headlamps.
My advice to future buyers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Simply not worth it when you receive goods that do not work properly.
