I purchased a set of gloves from Suzuki Toy Store on Tuesday 25 June for R190. The gloves were hurting my hands and I took it back in original packaging on 26 June. As there were no other gloves that I wanted, I asked for a refund. I was told that they do not give refunds only credit notes. They showed me the invoice where it states ""Please note: NO CASH REFUNDS" I insisted on a refund and provided my credit card with which I had paid so that they could reverse the transaction (NO CASH INVOLVED) Nelle charged me R19 for a handling fee and gave me R171 cash. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable for wanting my money back.
Clearly this business has no respect for the law as this is in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act.
I shall NEVER do business with them again!
