Was in the market for a new car and Churchill from JSN motors put me completely off, supposed to be sheer driving pleasure when looking at a BMW.
I find JSN motors not up to scratch with it, as soon as a salesman hears a client's application is going to be too much work they don't bother in phoning the client back, communication lacks here, and this I refer to Churchill, why must the client keep on phoning for feedback, when we don't phone no feedback is given, not even a phone call to say "I'll let you know when I have something for you."
They very quick when the application is easy and can score them a quick deal, poor service and was not very happy. I hope churchill learns from his mistakes, the client is KING at the end of the day.
