First Freight lost a parcel of ours almost a month ago. They admitted that they have lost it. To date, they have been passing the buck and avoiding us whenever we query what they are doing about it! The Managing Director, Dorian does not return calls. The Operations manager sighs and throws the phone down in your ear! The latest from the Secretary... we have your messages and e-mails. We will get back to you. They then had the audacity to suspend my account (I owe them R1600.00... the value of the part they have lost id R20 000.00)!! What a joke of a company!!!
