The 14th June I ordered a part. "G" told me they will order part on 18th due to P/Holiday. On 18th I called to confirm if they ordered the part and it was said yes and that it will be there @ 16h00. Later that afternoon I arrived and found that the part ordered was completely the wrong part. Person Bennie called warehouse to assist him to find the correct part. He told me that he will order it and deliver it to my home on the 19th June. I called them on the 19th and they informed me that the courier was stuck in the traffic and they will del it to me the next morning. The 20th came, no call no part delivered. I was fed up with this bad service/ and called David @ head office (c/ser mangr) who investigated and told me that they forgot to order the part the previous day b4 12h00 but that it will be delivered on the 20th and he will call me back. Well still waiting for his call & the part. On the morning of the 21 Jun I missed a call from Bennie but read message that they want to del the part. I called back and spoke to a lady called "G" to tell him i called back. I decided to call B back and his attitude. Told me courier already out and he will del at 2..still waiting
