New Car - No Spare Key

I bought a car through this Dealer which we collected on the 03th of May 2013. The car was new and therefore did not have the number plates which we paid to get them fitted for us. In addition, the car did not have the spare key and was to be window tinted upon collection. The salesman, Johan Jooste was not present on the day and his stand-in salesman said Johan will send guys from his dealership who will come to our house and fit in the number plates and give us the spare keys as well. He also added that the guys who will tint our windows will come as well.

On the Monday of the 06th May, I sent an email to Johan indicating of the items missing and my wish to stop receiving my car being Tinted. On the same week and the following week, Johan called me to indicate that he was coming to sort the number plates and give me the spare key which did not happen. At the same time, my temporary number plates were expiring. I notified Johan on the 23th of May that our number plates was expiring the day after. When I called, he either indicated still that he was going to come or that someone was coming.

To date i have received number plates but I had to fit them myself. No spare key yet
