My pregnant wife had an accident on N1 North on the 31/05/2013, and I lodged a claim on the 3/06/2013. The car was taken to Renewit Panelebeaters in Randburg. After that I received an sms saying that the car will be moved from Renewit Pannelbeaters to Dent Tech Panelbeaters without any reason why. It has been three weeks now trying to understand why the car has not been moved to Dent Tech like they promised.. I even called the Dent Tech Panelebeaters, they say Renewit refuse to release the car. When I call Miway to find out why is car not released they are telling me the same thing over and over again that they will speak to Renewit. For something this small it takes a Month to fix. My passiance has runout with Miway.
