Requested, to replace windscreen on Monday 10/06/2013. (PG Glass, Menlyn)
I followed-up at least twice every day. (Dealt with Jason Forbes)
After several empty promises, 'system down' excuses and no feedback whatsoever.
Today (14/06/2013) 5 days later, nothing has been done!
