I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2013 and paid by EFT for the vehicle, the charges for license and registration started out at R5500.00 and was discounted to R4000.00 after negotiations but it seems that this money is paid for no reason as almost four months later the vehicle has still not been licensed or registered and after hounding both the sales person and the sales manager for days and being promised the papers would be delivered I have now been informed that I need to pay for another road worthy test to enable the vehicle to be registered. This franchise and these people should be jailed for. To anyone out there thinking you will get a good deal rather go and purchase a vehicle somewhere else and not one associated with Imperial as they also offer no assistance at all.
