RTT delivered my MTN package at the wrong address. Driver accepted paperwork for the delivery. They call me to confrim the delivery address, i did told them the address has changed from Umhlanga to Witbank. They still delivered at the umhlanga address. Now the package is missing.
On 3rd Jan '12 i was called by RTT to confrim Address, i told them the new address. again 3rd i was called by them, i told them the new address. on the 4th Jan they call me to say that the package will be delivered to me on Monday 7th Jan, but noting was delivered. When i call MTN on tuesday i was diverted to RTT who said they delivered already on friday the 4th at Umhlanga, and they say I signed for the package... how can this be if i am at work in Witbank?
RTT said they will investigate, it is now 3days later and I have not heared anything from them.

UPDATE!

Now. 19 Jan... Case is not yet resolved... What is GOING ON!!!
