It's not often one faces a situation when it is more painful to have the problem fixed than to live with the problem. Such is my experience with PG Glass Midrand.i ordered 6 mirrors. Upon collection, delivery was kindly offered and I accepted. With glass and mirrors being their specialty I never questioned the dimensions of the 6 mirrors that were neatly bubble wrapped. My personal worker fitted these in my absence. After fitment inspection revealed that one of the mirrors had a crinkle cut like edge, which looked quite bad. The edges were very rough and another edge which bordered another mirror was so crooked that the cupboard door is visible behind it, even though they are as closely fitted as possible. I contacted them and explained the problem. They obliged and ordered replacements. Today the replacements arrived. The edges were better, but 3 of the mirrors were not square and dimensions were off spec quite significantly. They took the 3 culprit mirrors and later returned with 3 replacements that now were off spec in other areas. At this point I realized that accepting the imperfections of the fitted mirrors will be less painful than trying to fix the problem. Thanks for trying!!!
