During December I purchased a window regulator for my Golf Cabriolet. After having it fitted, the mechasnism broke within a day. I was told by the salesperson verbally that the mechanism carries a warranty. Upon returning the broken item I was told that the part needs to be sent in for an evaluation through to head office. I completed a claim form and purchased another mechanism. I was told that I would receive a response within 14 days via email.
It's almost 6 months and no response. The current mechanism seems to be working perfectly which leads me to believe that the previous item was faulty. I think I have waited long enough for a response. I have been a customer of Goldwagens for the past 10 years supporting their various branches. I have lost faith in their customer service. I await your response.
