Poor lethargic service

Skynet delivered my parcel on the 13th of Feb to the wrong address, and the maids sister at that address signed for my parcel and subsequently went home to Mpumalanga. Skynet did eventually contact her and threatened her with legal action so she apparently sent the package back via postal services (which obviously didn't happen) Skynet then after about a month tried to get a replacement parcel but the supplier obviously would not want to pay for another package. So a month later i was promised a refund from Jacob. i sent my invoice to him and he forwarded it to another department who was meant to contact me. that was during the end of April, and it is now June - almost 4 months since they cocked up my delivery. surely i should have been compensated by them? its taking far too long to do a simple refund. no one has contacted me for about 3 weeks and i am out of pocket regarding the amount i paid for my parcel. absolute shambles of a company.
