Heartfelt Thanks

I have owned my Renault Clio 3 for 4.5 years now and have had endless problems with the car. These have generally led to much expense on my part. In short, I am not a fan. I took my car in for a service this morning and was told that it would cost me R760 to JUST get a diagnostic to see what is wrong (again) with the car. This was in addition to the R1, 400 cost for the service. I was upset and voiced my irritation to Charmaine. However, Charmaine dealt with the situation professionally and treated me superbly. I am still not a huge fan of Renault, but having staff like her is a huge improvement. I do hope that my thanks are forwarded to her. Perhaps if the people higher up understood customer service like she does, I would be far more approving of Renault.
