No refund for damage vehichle

On 27 February 2013 I bought a bakkie from Centurion Motors. On 29 February I realised that the vehicle had been in an accident. I phoned Christo van Rensburg from Centurion Motors to cancel the sale and I told him I want my money back. He denied everything and told me that I are making up stories. Therfore I took the bakkie for a AA Dekra test and I roadworthy test, where they suspend the vehicle. After the second week Centurion Motors took the bakkie back to do some test themselves, because they still didn't believe me. I got an e-mail from Christo where he admitted that the bakkie was in an accident. I's now three months later, they got my money and they got the bakkie that has been in the accident. I have to live with the inconvenience of not having a vehicle to do my work with. According to the Consumer Act it is the clients choice to decide what has to happen. I repeatedly told them that I want my money back, but he still refuses to give me my money back. To all you motor-buyers out there, think twice before you do business with Christo van Rensburg and Centurion Motors!!!
