I am a 25 year old lady and i have had great service from Lanseria Lombard tyres on two separate occasions, I had a flat tyre two days ago that was repaired at the petrol station. Today as i got in my car after work i noticed my tyre was a little flat and I should have it looked at. Concerned and not wanting to take my car to another petrol station i took back roads to get to Lombard as I know they help out and are willing to assist and put my mind at ease. I drove from Laser Park to Lombard Lanseria and stopped once along the back roads to double check i would make it. I was so happy i made it there with a little air left in the tyre.
I went to the gentleman seated at the front counter and informed him i had a flat and would like them to assist me, he bluntly told me it is nearly five and they are short staffed and busy at the moment. I asked if he could help me put a spare on and he informed me once again they were busy and short staffed. shocked i informed him i would then have to go to the petrol station so they can assist me with my tyre, i did not receive any further assistance from this lazy unfriendly person and i will never go back to that place ever again.
