I did not receive my branding fee for the month of May. Last month on my Portal there was a msg that i must update my details. The "Important Notice" also read that the agreement with Hollard Ins has come to an end and i will be supplied with new branding. On 3 May 2013 I spoke to Kugan Munsami, he mailed me the reason for non payment, says i failed to change the advertising on my vehicle.
As of today I have NOT received the new branding, nor have I received any notification from Satinsky Group that my branding is ready for me to collect.
I have fullfilled my obligations to the Branding agreement, and i feel Satinsky Group have not. I received an email from Kugan Munsami asking for my Physical Address, which i did, I mailed him back to ask when i will get my new branding as I have to submit my new pics again before the 7th, have not had any reply or response from him. You try phone the company, you get cut off every time, no one to take your calls!!
