Called GM Barloworld to booked my car for a major service and I was told to bring in on the 31st of May between 7am and 8am. Dropped of my car at 7am on the above mention day, hoping I'd have it by mid day. At 1pm they call me giving me the quote and asking if they should go ahead with the car so my question is that between 7am and 1pm what was my car doing there? I gave them the go ahead to service the car. 5pm I had to knock off and I still don't have my car and nobody called and told me what time ill get my car back. At 5:30 I called in and they told me the car is almost ready I can come pick it up. When I got the I had to waid I got my car back at 6:15. That's horrible service for a customer who is going to pay around R4000 for a service and bought the car at that exact dealership. I could have had my car back at midday if they had worked on it at the time I was told to bring it or I could have brought it at 1pm since they attended to it at that time, for all I know if I hadn't followed up I would have been left stranded with no car to go home and not know about it
