ON THE 27/05/2013 21H50 I TRHOW PETROL AT BP GARAGE DISA SERVICE STASTION SOMERSET WEST, I FULL UP WITH R584, 66.I PAY WITH MY PETROL CARD, THE AMOUNT WENT OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT I RECEIVED SMS FROM FNB.WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY SLIP AND PETROL CARD I RECEIVED SECOND SMS STATING SECOND TRANSACTION IS MADE WITH SAME AMOUNT OF R584.66 I THEN WENT TO THE OFFICE AND ASK WHATS HAPPENING WHY THEY DEDUCT TWICE THE AMOUNT.CASHER AT TILL SAY TO ME SHE CANT HELP I ASK FOR SUPERVISOR NO SUPERVISOR THEY CONTACT THE MANAGER AT HOME INFORM HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND HE AOLSO REFUSE TO COME OUT TO RESTORE THE PROBLEM.I WAS VERY UPSET AND WENT HOME.THE NEXT MORNING I DROVE TO GARAGE AGAIN ON MY EXPENCE.I THEN SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HE CONFIRM THAT I WAS DUBBLE CHARGE AND THAT THEY WILL REVERS MY MONEY, IS A WEEK LATER I STILL WAIT ON MY MONEY, WHAT IS THAT? I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF A BP SOUTH AFRICA SERVICE STATION AGAIN, I WANT WHAT IS MINE.
