Our bakkie's power steering pump is faulty since March, we are struggeling for them to fix it. Everytime there is another story. The powersteering is still not fixed. Every time they come and fetch the bakkie at my husbands work - it is our petrol they use to drive up and down. If the mechanic new what he was doing - he would've done a fault check on the bakkie after they fitted the first power steering pump and it didnt work. Now on Friday 31 May 2013 the bakkie's battery light went on and my husband took it to them again. They only changed some belt on it and said it was the problem. Saturday morning when my husband went to work (4 o'clock in the morning) - the battery light went on again - meaning that the problem was actually solved in the first place. They referred him to a Auto Electrician on Sunday and the auto electrician said it was the alternator. The so called mechanic at nissan didnt know what he was doing. I am fed up and think we need to get legal assistance in this matter as they just dont make an effort of fixing the bakkie. It is our only transport and if the bakkie's battery doesnt charge how must my husband get to work and back. Pathetic service!!!
