To Whom It May Concern
Yesterday 31/05/2013 at 9.30 AM a Volvo S60 T4 which i had viewed at Volvo Bryanston the previous day was
brought to me at my work for final confirmation of purchase by a Mr Brian Frampton.
I confirmed my agrrement to purchase the car and requested an OTP.
The dealer did not send the OTP as requested so i emailed him to remind him
At 14.30 on 31/05/2013 i finally received the OTP.
This morning at 09.30 i was on my way to the dealership (WITH A VERY EXCITED WIFE) with all the requested documentation
when i received a call from Mr Brian Frampton to say that because it was month end and the dealership was under pressure to reach sales targets they had sold my car to somebody else.
The dealer principle when questioned said they had sold the car two days earlier.and he was not sure why his sales person had brought me the car or sent me an OTP
I am totally disgusted and shocked at this dishonest behavior from representatives of Volvo
I have been a loyal and committed Volvo person for over 14 years and have in this time been the PROUD owner of 8 (EIGHT) Volvo cars as listed
