I have 2 issues.
Bought a Tata with an ad on the back, as part of Satinksy's EARN WHILE YOU DRIVE. Was receiving between R 1 100 and R 1 400 a month. Received repeated smses to change to EARN WHILE YOU OWN, saying that I would get about R 3 000 commision on every sale that came through on my unique code. (Sometimes 3 smses a day). I delayed joining but eventually did join. I received 3 smses in 5 months. For 6 months now I have received R 500 a month and no commision. I have been trying to change back and they won't let me.
They said I would have agreed to those terms and they will pull telephone records. They still have not got back to me. It has been 23 days, and they are not available to be contacted via telephone. Website helpdesk only
Also, they sent a new ad and insisted that I change the ad on my car. I had to lay out the money for the ad to be changed and then I would be re-imbursed. That was unfortunate as the cheapest quote was R 1800, and I did not have that money available. And so, no new ad, no money. I have since changed the ad (I found a quote for R 250) but did not upload photos during that time, as they would not have paid me my money unles they saw the new ad.
