Emerald Auto
Mazda 3 - oxygen sensor and shocks

I purchased a vehicle from Emerald Auto on the 7th May 2013. The vehicle was priced at R80 000.00 after i asked for a cash discount they let me have the vehicle for R77 000.00. Then next day i took the vehicle back to the supplier because the engine check light was constantly on. They then told me that they would assist me and sort out the problem, they took the vehicle in for repairs and returned it to me the next day, on picking it up the problem was still not resolved, So i had to take it in again and then told me to collect it the following day, and still the problem was not corrected. I then personally went to the Mazda dealership in Pmb, The dealership told me the problem was the oxygen sensor and to replace it, it would be -R10 000.00 to fix the sensor. Went back to Emerald Auto to tell them what Mazda had told me, But they then said there is nothing they can do about it, "we don't entertain customers". Also complained about the shocks on the vehicle, he informed me that he would get back to me, But no response from them. The warranty on the vehicle is expiring on the 6th June 2013, I want to return the vehicle but they are refusing to refund me my money.
