On more than one occasion, (3 that I can remember), I have been short-changed by the cashier. While it is only between 1 and 10 cents, it is still short-change. Upon enquiring why I was not given the correct change, the cashier look at me sarcastically saying they will "look" for change.
On the first occasion, the till had automatically rounded up my total resulting in the short change. I asked to speak to the manager and warned him that this was upon which he said but its only 3 cents and it is the system. I warned that I would email Caltex, which I did. This seems to be resolved but now they just give you change in increments of ten?!
