My husband was interested in the Renault Clio Dynamique, application was submitted to which the bank approved it but all of a sudden there's no stock... between the two salesmen they seem to be spinning a web of and contradicting themselves. I happen to give Cobus a call this morning to find out exactly what's for what or should we apply at another dealer... the audacity the man had when I started questioning him about all the diff stories, he blatantly said to me that I didn't apply for the finance, my husband did and put the phone down in my ear... I'M SORRY BUT YOU NEVER DROP THE PHONE ON A POTENTIAL CLIENT NO MATTER WHAT... TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Service at Renault Vanderbijlpark is appalling
