1) Mag rim not repaired. Appeared to be new, but the damaged one was moved from the left to the right side!
2) Repair to bumper not up to standard - paintwork patchy, Renew-it agreed it should be redone.
Sent car in for repairs on Mon 25 March, it was at Renew-it for 3 1/2 weeks. No feedback for 2 weeks, called to check progress, was told they were "waiting for parts" - strange as there are no new parts on my car whatsoever. After the third week (still no feedback) I was promised a courtesy car because Renew-it admitted it was taking very long. I was due to pick up the courtesy car at 10am on Wed 17 April, I received a phone call first thing on the Wed to say my car was ready and could be collected at 2pm - it was not ready. I was told this was because quality control did not pass it, but it would be ready by 4:30. When I arrived and noticed the incomplete work, I was told they had no courtesy vehicles available otherwise they would give me one - perhaps they rushed the work for this reason? 2 hours is enough time to switch the wheels but not repair paintwork?
It has been 4 weeks and I am still waiting for a repair date! Called 5 days in a row with no messages/email returned!
